Founded by Robert Dundas in 1985 and based in the busy County town of Maidstone, this local firm of solicitors quickly established itself as a dynamic and capable deliverer of quality customer care and legal services.

In 1994 Colin Duce joined the already established and successful firm, and by doing so developed and established the Conveyancing department which now forms the principal base of Dundas and Duce.

In 2001 Mark Sayers joined the firm and expanded the firm's private client services to include Will writing and Probate services.

Dundas & Duce now provide Residential and Commercial Conveyancing, Private Client services throughout Kent and the surrounding area.
