Robert Dundas

Robert qualified as a Solicitor in 1977 and succeeded in becoming the Senior Solicitor for Grand Metropolitan Breweries dealing with their extensive interests in premises and liquor licensing.
In 1985, Robert left Metropolitan Breweries to start in private practise in Maidstone where the practice has been ever since. Robert continues to specialise in liquor licensing and commercial property law with the emphasis on the licensing trade.
Colin Duce

Colin qualified as a Legal Executive in 1986 and thereafter went on to obtain his qualification as a Solicitor in 1989. From 1984 to 1994, Colin spent his time in a small practise in London SW1 when Colin cut his teeth on both criminal and civil litigation and commercial and residential property. In 1994, Colin decided that he wished to specialise in property law and joined Robert in Maidstone where the practice has been developing ever since.
Colin is assisted by Suzanne and Sally who will be pleased to deal with any enquiries in Colin's absence.
Karen Howard

Karen has had many years of practical experience in the conveyancing business and has been with Dundas & Duce for the last 4 years.
Karen's task with her team of Nicola and Lorraine, is that of "Post-Exchange". This means that Karen oversees all files of a conveyancing nature from the point of exchange of contracts through the completion and until the file is finally finished with. The task of Karen and her team is therefore principally administrative but working to incredibly tight deadlines and Karen, Nicola and Lorraine will be pleased to speak to any clients who have already exchanged contracts and are looking forward to the completion of their purchase also.
Mark Sayers

Mark completed his year out from his degree and his articles of clerkship with Dundas & Duce and qualified as a Solicitor in 2001. Mark is keen to establish himself in Maidstone as a thoughtful and a thorough non-contentious solicitor specialising primarily in the preparation of wills and the winding-up of deceased's estates but to cement this knowledge is also dealing with the residential property market which being the principal asset of most persons, is invariably connected with estate provisions.
Mark is assisted by Sara.
